ZIPPER: A Mnemonic for Systems-Based Evaluation

This mnemonic (ZIPPER) was designed to help evaluators enrich their evaluation by using key concepts from multiple systems theories. It is also useful for developers of system change initiatives. It links the mnemonic to these groups of system theories: cybernetics; general systems theory; system dynamics; complexity theory; soft and critical systems; and learning systems.
