Tips for Developing and Using Questionnaires

Questionnaires are a means to systematically gather data about a particular topic of inquiry from large numbers of respondents. Carefully developed questions can elicit either qualitative or quantitative information to answer inquiry questions. This document provides helpful tips for getting the most out of a questionnaire.
