InSites conducted an ongoing evaluation of the 19-year U.S.-China Teachers Exchange Program (TEP) since its inception in 1996. The program was administered by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. InSites developed this guide based on its evaluations of the program and other information provided by the program staff. This guide is is designed for Chinese teachers who are teaching in U.S. schools.
