| All CLIPs have a facilitator and participating members. Members need to volunteer to take on roles during meetings to help them run smoothly. Some roles need to be filled at every meeting, others on an as-needed basis.
Members can decide that one person will assume the same role at every meeting or that individuals will volunteer for different roles at the beginning of each meeting. Click on the figures in the image to see the four most commonly needed roles.
