Michelle Boos-Stone

Michelle Boos-Stone is a corporate graphic recorder and Founder/Principal of Gecko Graphics.  Graphic recording (or Mindscaping™) is the unique process of transforming ideas and concepts into a powerful, highly visual graphic format of pictures, images and key words. Prior to founding Gecko Graphics, Ms. Boos-Stone worked at Innovation Associates, Inc., a management consulting and training firm, where she managed the company’s public training business and later headed up the firm’s marketing initiatives. She  is also an experienced Organizational Development consultant and trainer and has done extensive work with companies in the areas of organizational learning, communication, and leadership development. Gecko Graphic’s client list includes Fortune 100 and 500 companies, educational systems, speakers such as Peter Drucker, Peter M. Senge, Gary Hamel, and Peter Block, health care systems and consulting and training firms.

Ms. Boos-Stone has graphically recorded meetings for projects InSites has done for The Freeman Foundation and the National Science Foundation. She also provided illustrations for InSites’ online learning modules about Communities of Learning, Inquiry, and Practice (CLIPs).
