Theresa Rosner-Salazar

After working in the corporate world for various research and evaluation companies, Research and Evaluation Associates for Latinos (REAL) co-founder Dr. Theresa Rosner-Salazar recognized the need to provide a more customized and culturally relevant approach to organizations and agencies serving communities of color. Theresa is a first generation Latina graduate.

Dr. Rosner-Salazar holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. She teaches graduate courses in Program Evaluation at the University of Denver. Previously, she has worked as a Program Evaluation Coordinator for the Title V Program at the Community College of Denver, a Research Associate for RMC Research Corporation, and a consultant for the Latin American Research and Service Agency.

Theresa serves as an external evaluator for InSites’ NSF funded project entitled “Building Evaluation Capacity of Faculty and Institutions through Communities of Learning and Integrated Practice (CLIPs) at Community Colleges.” The project itself is an evaluative research study of CLIPs with InSites staff conducting the study and providing technical assistance to the faculty and administrators in the study. InSites staff are often in a participant-observer role in the work.
