The CLIP Guide is responsible for the CLIPs in the college budget and distribution of funds to CLIPs. Each college develops its own processes for handling these matters.

The pop-ups provide examples of how Bakersfield College allocated resources. The funds for the first two years and part of the third year came from the National Science Foundation grant. All of the fourth year came from college funds for the minimum budget. Other grant funds are likely to suppliement this budget as the year progresses.
