We found that multi-CLIP meetings each year are very important to give CLIPs an opportunity to learn from one another and build collegial relationships. Three meetings worked well.

Here are the tasks for each CLIP at the multi-CLIP meetings:

Fall Orientation Multi-CLIP Meeting:

• refine inquiry questions and complete their Inquiry Plan

Mid-year Adjustment Multi-CLIP Meeting:

• adjust the inquiry plan if needed, prepare for data analysis, and consider ideas for sharing CLIP discoveries

Spring Presentation and Feedback Multi-CLIP Meeting:

• share what each CLIP has learned and provide feedback to each other

Schedule the timing and location of meetings to fit with the needs of CLIP members. The following pages describe each meeting.
