Setting Up a Multi-CLIP Meeting
   

To set up any of the the multi-CLIP meetings during the year:

  • Arrange for about a five-hour time frame in a large conference room for Fall and Spring and three hours for the mid-year meeting.
  • Arrange for the space to be equipped with a worktable, flipchart, and (Fall and mid-year) laptop computer for each CLIP.
  • Arrange for LCD projector and computer as needed.
  • Arrange for breakfast or lunch and snacks for the breaks.
  • Send an agenda to all CLIP members.
  • Produce handouts with the background information needed for the meeting and include these in a notebook for each CLIP member.
