The fall meeting is the first time all the CLIP members get a chance to meet each other. It’s also your opportunity to explain how an inquiry is carried out. Each CLIP has time during the meeting to create its inquiry plan.

The agenda for the orientation meeting includes time for:

• introductions of CLIP members and resource people
• overview of how to conduct an inquiry
• review of available resource information
• overview of template to be used in planning the inquiry 
• break-out sessions for each CLIP to create its Inquiry Plan
• reports from each CLIP to the whole group about their plan
• feedback about the meeting and future plans
