Guiding the Mid-Year Multi-CLIP Meeting
  example icon

The mid-year adjustment meeting gives the CLIPs a chance to regroup, reflect on what was accomplished in the first semester, and plan activities for the second semester. Remember to send out an agenda before the meeting. Ask members to bring their CLIP notebook to the meeting.

The agenda includes time for:

  • reflecting on Eight Guiding Principles for CLIPs
  • sharing individual CLIP work to date
  • refining each CLIP plan, with assistance from resource people as needed
  • sharing individual CLIP plans with the whole group
  • reviewing future plans for the overall CLIP work at the college
  • providing feedback about the meeting and future plans
