         It  is very useful to obtain feedback to shape your work as a CLIP Guide.  
      Besides  asking CLIP members about how their work is going and how they want to share  their work, you can ask how you can adjust your work to serve them better. It  is useful to check in with CLIP members from previous years to see how they  have continued to build on their CLIP experience.          Asking CLIP members for feedback models the  process of getting feedback and inquiring into your work. When you start the  CLIPs in pilot mode, you may need more—and different—feedback than later on.  |
